We've been spending extra time in the car with my littles driving to scouts, tumbling, cheer and picking up big brother from sports. We sometimes experience occasional nausea when sitting in a car for too long. Something I found that really works for us is dōTERRA Ginger essential oil. dōTERRA Ginger can help reduce occasional nausea by either being applied topically or inhaled.* we like to diffuse it in our car diffuser or place a drop of ginger in the palm of the hand and inhale to create a soothing aroma.
